Italighting.com makes every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. After credit approval, most orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days if the item is in stock. After that, delivery can take from 3 to 13 days depending on where you live. Please allow up to three weeks total for delivery of items in stock. Please provide us with a delivery address where it's most likely to find someone that can recieve your package. If this address is different from your credit card billing address, please specify it when giving information on delivery.
We accept both Master Card and Visa through Paypal to the order of Antonio Matassa proprietor of this website. If you prefer a bank transfer you will find all our bank details in Contact . All your order and payment information are processed in a super secure encrypted ssl environment. We do not save any information online. All prices include tax.
Your privacy is important to us. We only collect the information required to complete a transaction. We do not use this information for anything other than internal use. We shall not sell, supply, rent or disclose any personal information to any person or organization. We may use this information to contact our customers to inform them to changes to the web site and to major product updates or price amendments. No credit card information is stored online.
Out of Stock Items
Due to the many colours and finishings of frames and shades it could happen that an item is out of stock. Usually items out of stock are delivered in four weeks.
All Murano items are custom made and are not stocked. Please have the patience to allow from seven to eight weeks delivery. This is refered to the Murano page and related items only and not to metal frame - murano shade items. All Murano chandeliers, like some of our most fragile products are packed unassembled for safety reasons.
Currently, all orders are shipped via Quick Pack Europe mail that delivers in three to five days in all Europe. All packages are insured. Some of our most fragile items, such as Murano and Capodimonte chandeliers are packed unassembled for safety reasons.
Shipping Outside Continental Europe
For orders that ship outside Continental Europe EEC please contact us for a shipping quote, we will be happy to help you.Shipping quotes do not include customs charges, duties, dock fees, brokerage fees or any other internationally related charges.
We make every effort to pack items so that they will safley arrive at your door, but sometimes breakage does occur. If the damage is nothing more than a replaceable part then the replacement will be shipped, as soon as possible, with no extra charge. If the part cannot be replaced, we will replace the item at no extra charge. Should you recieve a damaged item, please be sure to contact us within 24 hours and keep all material and packaging boxes. If you should decide to return the item rather than it being replaced, then all the terms and conditions will apply from the "Returns" paragraph.
Prices On Website
We always try to ensure that prices and information on the website are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of products before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order. All prices are including tax and handling charge for packaging.
All our items are produced according to the highest quality standards. However it may occur that a product could be defective. In that case please contact us to have a replacement at no extra charge. A defective item can only be replaced with the same item. Handmade products like Murano or Capodimonte items might sometimes have little bubbles in them or other imperfections that are not to be considered defects but proof of their handmade production.
All products are sold as described and for the purpose intended. No returns will be accepted unless authorized. Returns will be refunded the cost of goods less 15% handling for packaging.Authorized returns must be returned at your own expense and must be recieved in their original packaging. All returns must be in resellable condition (not installed with any wires cut), if not we will return the items to you and you will be responsible for their full payment. We must be informed of the intention of returning a product within seven working days from its receipt and it must be returned within 30 days. All authorized returns will be refunded within 30 days. We cannot accept responsibility for goods incorrectly wired or connected to a power supply. Please always consult a qualified electrician if in any doubt. All custom made products are non returnable.
